Montana, Montana, Glory of the West

 A trip to Montana...to be a fly on the wall as John Clement searched out great spots to photograph for a special order.

The conditions were less than perfect...fires everywhere, making smoke (see the fire in the picture above?) and almost no clouds.

A Wild Ride with Mary

This is my sister, Mary.  She loves to take pictures as much as me.  One evening in July, we hopped in her car and chased a storm in the Flathead Valley.  We got rained on, wind blown, eaten by mosquitoes and nearly killed several times as Mary came to a screeching halt every time she saw a bird or a deer.  It was a wonderful ride and I don't think either one of us will ever forget it.

These photos were almost all taken within 25 miles of my home.  I used to have trouble seeing the beauty here...now I'm captivated by it.
